  • Where do I see approval status?
    You can see approval status directly on the campaign list and inside the campaign’s detail view.     Publishers receive campaign content automatically during the booking process. This works whether the publisher already exists in the system or is newly invited.     Completed means the campaign’s reimbursement process is finished and the campaign is marked as reimbursed.     Draft means the campaign is not finished yet and has not been submitted for review or approval.   • Why can’t I see a specific brand?
    You can’t see a brand because your account is not associated with that brand. Only brands you are explicitly linked to are visible in the platform. What this means You can only view budgets and campaigns for brands you are assigned to If a brand is not associated with your account, it will not appear anywhere in the system This is expected behavior and not an error What to do if a brand is missing If you believe you should have access to a brand: Contact your brandFew readers
  • Why is my budget showing as 0?
    Your budget shows 0 because there is currently no available budget allocated to you for that brand. This is expected behavior and does not indicate an error.
