  • Why can’t I see a specific brand?
You can’t see a brand because your account is not associated with that brand. Only brands you are explicitly linked to are visible in the platform. What this means You can only view budgets and campaigns for brands you are assigned to If a brand is not associated with your account, it will not appear anywhere in the system This is expected behavior and not an error What to do if a brand is missing If you believe you should have access to a brand: Contact your brandFew readers
  • Why is my budget showing as 0?
Your budget shows 0 because there is currently no available budget allocated to you for that brand. This is expected behavior and does not indicate an error. What this usually means One of the following applies: No budget has been allocated to you yet Your allocated budget has already been fully used Your budget is fully requested or pending approval The budget period has not started or has ended In all cases, a 0 balance means there is nothing available to spFew readers
