Can I use the same asset for multiple campaigns?

Yes — you can reuse the same asset across multiple campaigns by selecting it from the Asset Library (or Library / Downloads) instead of uploading it again.

How to reuse an asset

Go to Library / Downloads (Asset Library)
Find the asset using Search or filters (Brand, Channel, File type, Tags)
Click the asset to preview (if available) and choose the format
Use it in your campaign by selecting it during campaign setup (or download it for local use)

Important to know

Assets may come from:
- HQ-provided assets (shared by the brand)
- My Uploads (your private uploaded materials, if enabled)
Some assets are only visible while they’re active (expired assets may disappear).
Using the same asset helps keep campaigns brand-consistent and avoids re-uploading.
