Why is part of my budget reserved?
Part of your budget is reserved because it is already linked to campaigns that are in progress, pending approval, or not yet completed.
Reserved budget cannot be used for new campaigns.
What “reserved” means
Reserved budget is money that:
- is already requested by a campaign
- is pending approval
- is tied to an active or ongoing campaign
- is waiting for reimbursement processing
Even though it is not yet reimbursed, it is no longer available to spend again.
When reserved budget becomes available
Reserved budget is released when:
- a campaign is rejected
- a campaign is cancelled
- a reimbursement request is rejected
- the campaign is completed without reimbursement
Until then, the budget stays reserved.
Important to know
- Reserved budget is deducted from your available balance
- You cannot use reserved budget for new campaigns
- This prevents spending the same budget twice
- Channel Partners cannot manually release reserved budget
What you can do
To see where your budget is reserved:
- Go to My Budget
- Review campaign and reimbursement history
- Check which campaigns are still pending or active
