Why does my available budget change after booking?
Because the booked campaign amount is reserved.
Until the campaign is marked as reimbursed, that amount cannot be used for other campaigns.
How budget reservation works
When you book a campaign:
- the planned amount is reserved from your available budget
- the reserved amount is temporarily locked
- it is excluded from what you can spend on new campaigns
This reservation remains active throughout the campaign and reimbursement process.
When the budget becomes available again
The reserved amount is released only when:
- the campaign reimbursement is completed and marked as rejected
Until then, the budget remains unavailable for other use.
Important to know
- Budget reservation is automatic
- Reserved budget does not mean it has been paid yet
- Reservation ensures the budget is protected for the booked campaign
- If reimbursement is rejected, the reserved amount is not reimbursed
