# Why do I see “No data” in campaign reports?

Because there is **no performance data available yet**.

### Why this happens
You may see **“No data”** if:
* the campaign has **not started yet**
* the campaign was **just launched**
* data has **not been received from the platform yet**
* the campaign had **no activity**
In these cases, there is simply nothing to display at the moment.

### What to do
* Wait and check again later
* Make sure the campaign is active
* Confirm the campaign has had time to generate results
Once data becomes available, it will appear automatically.

### Important to know
* Reports update automatically
* There is no manual refresh or action required
* Offline campaigns do not show performance data
* “No data” does not mean an error
