Why do I see “No data” in campaign reports?
Because there is no performance data available yet.
Why this happens
You may see “No data” if:
- the campaign has not started yet
- the campaign was just launched
- data has not been received from the platform yet
- the campaign had no activity
In these cases, there is simply nothing to display at the moment.
What to do
- Wait and check again later
- Make sure the campaign is active
- Confirm the campaign has had time to generate results
Once data becomes available, it will appear automatically.
Important to know
- Reports update automatically
- There is no manual refresh or action required
- Offline campaigns do not show performance data
- “No data” does not mean an error
