# Why can’t I see a specific brand?

You can’t see a brand because **your account is not associated with that brand**.
Only brands you are explicitly linked to are visible in the platform.

### What this means

* You can only view budgets and campaigns for **brands you are assigned to**
* If a brand is not associated with your account, it will not appear anywhere in the system
* This is expected behavior and not an error

### What to do if a brand is missing

If you believe you should have access to a brand:
* Contact your **brand or distributor representative**
* Or contact **platform support** and request brand association
Brand access must be granted by an administrator — it cannot be added by Channel Partners themselves.
