Why can’t I see a specific brand?
You can’t see a brand because your account is not associated with that brand.
Only brands you are explicitly linked to are visible in the platform.
What this means
- You can only view budgets and campaigns for brands you are assigned to
- If a brand is not associated with your account, it will not appear anywhere in the system
- This is expected behavior and not an error
What to do if a brand is missing
If you believe you should have access to a brand:
- Contact your brand or distributor representative
- Or contact platform support and request brand association
Brand access must be granted by an administrator — it cannot be added by Channel Partners themselves.
