Which templates am I allowed to use?
You are allowed to use any template that is visible to you in Explore.
If a template is available there, it is approved for you to use.
How template availability works
- Templates are shown in Explore based on your brand association
- Only templates you are allowed to use are visible
- You cannot select templates that are not permitted for you
There is no separate approval step for choosing a template.
Important to know
- Template availability is controlled by the brand or platform administrators
- Templates may differ per brand
- Some templates may be added, updated, or removed over time
- Channel Partners cannot enable additional templates themselves
If you can see a template, you can use it.
What to do if a template is missing
If you expect a template to be available but don’t see it:
- Make sure you selected the correct brand
- Contact your brand or distributor representative
- Or contact platform support
