Where do I see my available budget?

You can see your available budget in My budget, where the platform shows:


  • how much budget you have,
  • how much is already used,
  • what is pending approval,
  • and what has already been reimbursed.


All budget information is shown per brand and per budget type.



How to check your available budget


  1. Open the top menu
  2. Click My budget
  3. Select the brand you want to review (if you have access to multiple brands)


You will see a Budget Summary with cards for each budget type.



What the budget numbers mean


Each budget card shows:


  • Remaining balance

→ the amount you can still use for new campaigns

  • Requested

→ budget already requested by campaigns that are not finished yet

  • Pending

→ budget waiting for approval

  • Reimbursed

→ budget already paid back to you


The Total card combines all budget types for the selected brand.



Viewing budget usage history


Below the summary, you can switch between tabs to see details:

  • Reimbursements

→ shows all submitted reimbursement requests and their status

  • Budgets

→ shows budget allocations and usage per campaign

You can use search and filters to find specific campaigns or expenses.


Important to know

  • Budgets are brand-specific
  • You cannot spend more than the remaining balance
  • Some budget may appear unavailable if it is pending approval
