Where can I track payment status?

You can track reimbursement/payment status in My Budget and inside the campaign’s reimbursement area (status shows whether it’s pending, awaiting reimbursement, or completed).


Where to check

Option 1: My Budget

  1. Go to My budget
  2. Filter by Brand, Fund Type, or Budget Status
  3. Use:
    • Pending Requests and Total Requested (submitted/in-review/approved-but-not-paid)
    • Total Reimbursed (completed payouts)
  1. Click View under Spend Breakdown to see:
    • Campaign Name
    • Amount Requested
    • Amount Reimbursed
    • Reimbursement Status
    • Link to View Campaign

Option 2: My Workspace / Campaign

  1. Go to My Workspace → Campaign View
  2. Open the campaign
  3. Open the channel distribution’s Reimbursements section
  4. Check the current Status (e.g., Review Pending, Awaiting Reimbursement, Completed – Reimbursed)


What “payment status” looks like in the system

  • Awaiting Reimbursement = approved and queued for payment
  • Completed – Reimbursed = paid and confirmed (final state)
