# What is acceptable proof?

Acceptable proof is any documentation that supports the reimbursement amount and shows the campaign activity/performance.

### Examples of acceptable proof
* **Invoice** for the marketing expense
* **Receipt** confirming payment or purchase
* **Campaign results/report** showing outcomes or delivery
* **Screenshots / media proof** demonstrating the ad ran (proof of performance)

### Accepted file types
**PDF, JPEG, DOC, PNG, EXCEL**
