# What happens if proof is incomplete?

If proof is incomplete, the reviewer will **request additional information**.

### How this works
* Submitted proof is reviewed against campaign and reimbursement details
* If required information is missing or unclear:
    * the reimbursement status changes to **Info requested**
    * the reviewer leaves a comment explaining what is needed
You must respond by providing the missing information.

### What happens next
* If you upload the requested information before the deadline:
    * the reimbursement review continues
* If you do not respond by the indicated deadline:
    * the reimbursement is **rejected**
    * rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted

### Important to know
* Additional proof can be uploaded **only** when info is requested
* All communication happens through the comments section
* Deadlines are visible in the reimbursement view
* Reserved budget is released if reimbursement is rejected
