What happens if proof is incomplete?

If proof is incomplete, the reviewer will request additional information.

How this works

  • Submitted proof is reviewed against campaign and reimbursement details
  • If required information is missing or unclear:
    • the reimbursement status changes to Info requested
    • the reviewer leaves a comment explaining what is needed

You must respond by providing the missing information.

What happens next

  • If you upload the requested information before the deadline:
    • the reimbursement review continues
  • If you do not respond by the indicated deadline:
    • the reimbursement is rejected
    • rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted

Important to know

  • Additional proof can be uploaded only when info is requested
  • All communication happens through the comments section
  • Deadlines are visible in the reimbursement view
  • Reserved budget is released if reimbursement is rejected
