What happens if proof is incomplete?
If proof is incomplete, the reviewer will request additional information.
How this works
- Submitted proof is reviewed against campaign and reimbursement details
- If required information is missing or unclear:
- the reimbursement status changes to Info requested
- the reviewer leaves a comment explaining what is needed
You must respond by providing the missing information.
What happens next
- If you upload the requested information before the deadline:
- the reimbursement review continues
- If you do not respond by the indicated deadline:
- the reimbursement is rejected
- rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted
Important to know
- Additional proof can be uploaded only when info is requested
- All communication happens through the comments section
- Deadlines are visible in the reimbursement view
- Reserved budget is released if reimbursement is rejected
