What happens if I exceed my budget?
You can still create and book campaigns even if you exceed your available budget,
but reimbursement will not be created and no reimbursement will be paid for the amount over budget.
How this works in practice
If your campaign cost exceeds your available budget:
- ✅ You can book and run the campaign in the platform
- ❌ No reimbursement request will be created for the over-budget amount
- ❌ The brand will not reimburse costs beyond your allocated budget
This applies especially to online campaigns.
What is reimbursed vs not reimbursed
- Within budget: eligible for reimbursement
- Over budget: not eligible for reimbursement
The platform does not block campaign creation, but it protects the brand from over-spending.
Important to know
- Budget limits apply only to reimbursement, not campaign creation
- Exceeding budget does not generate errors or warnings in all cases
- Channel Partners are responsible for monitoring their available budget
- Over-budget costs are your responsibility
