What does Pending approval mean?
Pending approval means your campaign or reimbursement is currently waiting for review — and no final decision has been made yet.
Where it fits in the campaign lifecycle
In the booked campaign flow, “Pending approval” usually maps to one of these review stages:
- Ad template review pending
Your campaign includes a custom ad template, and it’s waiting for template approval.
- Reimbursement review pending
You uploaded documentation (proof of action), and the reimbursement request is waiting for review.
What happens next
The reviewer can take one of these actions:
- Approve
- Template approval → campaign moves to Needs proof of action
- Reimbursement approval → moves to Awaiting reimbursement
- Request more information
- Status becomes Info requested
- You upload missing information and resubmit
- Reject
- Template rejection → Ad template rejected (campaign becomes rejected)
- Reimbursement rejection → Reimbursement rejected (campaign becomes rejected)
Important to know
- After you upload documentation:
- If nothing is missing → status becomes Reimbursement review pending
- If something is missing → status becomes Info requested
- Final payment happens only after approval, when the request is marked as paid and becomes Reimbursed – completed
