Can I share my campaign to my publisher?

Publishers receive campaign content automatically during the booking process.

This works whether the publisher already exists in the system or is newly invited.


If the publisher already exists in the system

When booking a campaign:

  • Select the publisher from the list
  • Once selected, the system automatically shares the campaign materials with them

No additional action is required.


If the publisher does not exist in the system

During the last step of campaign booking:

  1. Choose the option to invite a publisher
  2. Enter the publisher’s details (e.g. name, contact information)
  3. Complete the booking

The system will:

  • create the publisher in the platform
  • automatically share the campaign details and materials with them


Important to know

  • Publishers receive only the content related to the selected campaign
  • Channel Partners do not need to send files manually
  • Publisher access is limited to the campaigns they are assigned to
  • This process applies only during campaign booking
