Can I advertise on social media?
Yes.
You can advertise on social media within the available platforms, if the channel is supported by the selected campaign template.
Social media advertising is fully automated once your accounts and payment method are connected.
How social media advertising works
To advertise on social media, you must:
- Select a campaign template that supports social media channels
- Connect your Facebook and/or Instagram account via
Account Settings → Integrations
→ this gives the platform permission to post on your behalf
- Have a payment method linked
- Complete campaign booking
After this, ads can be published automatically.
Supported platforms
Social media advertising is available only for platforms supported by the campaign template, such as:
If a platform is not supported, it will not be selectable.
Important to know
- Social media advertising is not available without account connection (Except Google)
- Posting permissions are required
- A linked payment method is mandatory
- Channel availability depends on the selected template
If the channel is visible and selectable, it is supported.
What to do if social media is not available
- Check if the selected template supports social media
- Go to Account Settings → Integrations and confirm your account is connected
- Make sure a payment method is linked
