Can I reuse an old template?
Yes.
You can reuse an old template if it is still available in Explore.
How template reuse works
- All available templates are shown in Explore
- If a template appears there, it can be selected and reused
- Reusing a template creates a new campaign
- Previous campaign data is not copied automatically
When you cannot reuse a template
You cannot reuse a template if:
- it has been removed or deactivated
- it is no longer allowed for the selected brand
- it is not available for the selected campaign type or channel
Unavailable templates will not appear in Explore.
Important to know
- Templates are managed by the brand or platform administrators
- Channel Partners cannot reactivate old templates
- Reused templates may contain updated layouts or rules
What to do if a template is missing
If you expect a template to be available but cannot find it:
- Check that you selected the correct brand
- Contact your brand or distributor representative
- Or contact platform support
