What does “Draft” mean?

Draft means the campaign is not finished yet and has not been submitted for review or approval.

What a Draft campaign is

A campaign in Draft status:

  • is still being created or configured
  • has not entered any approval or review flow
  • is visible only to users with access to the Channel Partner account
  • does not reserve budget
  • does not trigger any reimbursement process

Nothing is submitted while the campaign is in Draft.

What you can do in Draft

While a campaign is in Draft status, you can:

  • edit campaign details
  • change selected templates or channels
  • update text, variables, or settings
  • save and return later
  • submit the campaign when ready

What happens next

  • Once you submit the campaign, it leaves Draft status
  • The campaign then moves to the next relevant status (e.g. assets review pending)

Important to know

  • Draft campaigns have no impact on budget or approvals
  • Drafts can be deleted without consequences
  • Other users cannot review or approve a Draft
