What does “Draft” mean?
Draft means the campaign is not finished yet and has not been submitted for review or approval.
What a Draft campaign is
A campaign in Draft status:
- is still being created or configured
- has not entered any approval or review flow
- is visible only to users with access to the Channel Partner account
- does not reserve budget
- does not trigger any reimbursement process
Nothing is submitted while the campaign is in Draft.
What you can do in Draft
While a campaign is in Draft status, you can:
- edit campaign details
- change selected templates or channels
- update text, variables, or settings
- save and return later
- submit the campaign when ready
What happens next
- Once you submit the campaign, it leaves Draft status
- The campaign then moves to the next relevant status (e.g. assets review pending)
Important to know
- Draft campaigns have no impact on budget or approvals
- Drafts can be deleted without consequences
- Other users cannot review or approve a Draft
