How long does reimbursement take?
Reimbursement timing depends on your brand’s approval workflow and when the finance/admin team processes payment — but you can track every stage in real time in the platform.
Typical status flow you’ll see
- Needs Proof of Action (proof not submitted yet)
- Reimbursement Review Pending (submitted and under review)
- Info Requested (reviewer needs more details; partner can resubmit before deadline)
- Awaiting Reimbursement (approved and queued for payout)
- Completed – Reimbursed (payment confirmed and marked as paid)
Important to know
- The platform sends automated notifications at key steps (submitted, approved, rejected, info requested, paid).
- “Awaiting Reimbursement” means approved, but not yet marked paid.
