How long does reimbursement take?

Reimbursement timing depends on your brand’s approval workflow and when the finance/admin team processes payment — but you can track every stage in real time in the platform.


Typical status flow you’ll see

  1. Needs Proof of Action (proof not submitted yet)
  2. Reimbursement Review Pending (submitted and under review)
  3. Info Requested (reviewer needs more details; partner can resubmit before deadline)
  4. Awaiting Reimbursement (approved and queued for payout)
  5. Completed – Reimbursed (payment confirmed and marked as paid)


Important to know

  • The platform sends automated notifications at key steps (submitted, approved, rejected, info requested, paid).
  • “Awaiting Reimbursement” means approved, but not yet marked paid.
