# How can I leave a message to the operations team regarding a campaign/reimbursement?

You can leave a message **via the comments section on the reimbursement sidesheet**.

### How to leave a message
1. Open the **reimbursement request**
2. Open the **reimbursement sidesheet**
3. Use the **Comments** section to write your message
4. Submit the comment
Your message will be visible to the operations team and linked to that reimbursement.

### Important to know
* Comments are available **only on reimbursement requests**
* There is no separate chat for campaigns
* All communication is saved as part of the reimbursement history
* The operations team is notified when a new comment is added

### When to use comments
Use the comments section to:
* ask questions about reimbursement status
* clarify submitted proof
* respond to reviewer feedback
* provide additional information
