How can I leave a message to the operations team regarding a campaign/reimbursement?
You can leave a message via the comments section on the reimbursement sidesheet.
How to leave a message
- Open the reimbursement request
- Open the reimbursement sidesheet
- Use the Comments section to write your message
- Submit the comment
Your message will be visible to the operations team and linked to that reimbursement.
Important to know
- Comments are available only on reimbursement requests
- There is no separate chat for campaigns
- All communication is saved as part of the reimbursement history
- The operations team is notified when a new comment is added
When to use comments
Use the comments section to:
- ask questions about reimbursement status
- clarify submitted proof
- respond to reviewer feedback
- provide additional information
