You can leave a message via the comments section on the reimbursement sidesheet.


How to leave a message

  1. Open the reimbursement request
  2. Open the reimbursement sidesheet
  3. Use the Comments section to write your message
  4. Submit the comment

Your message will be visible to the operations team and linked to that reimbursement.


Important to know

  • Comments are available only on reimbursement requests
  • There is no separate chat for campaigns
  • All communication is saved as part of the reimbursement history
  • The operations team is notified when a new comment is added


When to use comments

Use the comments section to:

  • ask questions about reimbursement status
  • clarify submitted proof
  • respond to reviewer feedback
  • provide additional information
