Can I submit proof more than once?
Yes — but only if additional information is requested.
How this works
- When you submit proof, it is reviewed by the operations team
- If the status changes to Info requested:
- you can upload additional proof or documents
- you can respond to the reviewer’s request
You cannot submit proof again unless additional information is requested.
Important to know
- Proof resubmission is allowed only in response to an information request
- Rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted
- All additional files are added to the same reimbursement request
- Each submission is recorded in the request history
