Can I submit proof more than once?

Yes — but only if additional information is requested.


How this works

  • When you submit proof, it is reviewed by the operations team
  • If the status changes to Info requested:
    • you can upload additional proof or documents
    • you can respond to the reviewer’s request

You cannot submit proof again unless additional information is requested.


Important to know

  • Proof resubmission is allowed only in response to an information request
  • Rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted
  • All additional files are added to the same reimbursement request
  • Each submission is recorded in the request history
