Can I use the same account with multiple channel partners?

Yes.

One account can be used for multiple Channel Partners.


How to switch between Channel Partners

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select the Channel Partner you want to work with
  3. The platform switches context automatically

You can move between Channel Partners at any time.


Important to know

  • Access depends on which Channel Partners you are assigned to
  • Data (campaigns, budgets, reimbursements) is separate per Channel Partner
  • Actions you take apply only to the currently selected Channel Partner
  • You do not need separate logins


What if I don’t see a Channel Partner?

If a Channel Partner is missing:

  • You are not assigned to it
  • Contact platform support to request access
