Can I use the same account with multiple channel partners?
Yes.
One account can be used for multiple Channel Partners.
How to switch between Channel Partners
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select the Channel Partner you want to work with
- The platform switches context automatically
You can move between Channel Partners at any time.
Important to know
- Access depends on which Channel Partners you are assigned to
- Data (campaigns, budgets, reimbursements) is separate per Channel Partner
- Actions you take apply only to the currently selected Channel Partner
- You do not need separate logins
What if I don’t see a Channel Partner?
If a Channel Partner is missing:
- You are not assigned to it
- Contact platform support to request access
