What happens if my proof does not match the campaign?
If the submitted proof does not match the campaign, the reviewer may request additional information.
If the issue is not resolved by the indicated deadline, the reimbursement will be rejected.
How this works
- Your proof is reviewed against the campaign details
- If inconsistencies are found, the status changes to Info requested
- You must:
- review the reviewer’s comment
- upload corrected or additional proof
This gives you a chance to clarify or fix the issue.
What happens if no action is taken
If you do not respond:
- the reimbursement remains in Info requested until the deadline
- after the deadline, the reimbursement is rejected
- rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted
Important to know
- Proof can be submitted again only when info is requested
- All requested details are listed in the comments section
- Rejection is final once the deadline passes
- Reserved budget is released if the reimbursement is rejected
