Do I need proof for online campaigns?

No.

You do not need to submit proof manually for online campaigns.


How this works

  • Online campaigns are tracked automatically by the system
  • Execution data is collected directly from the platform
  • Proof of action is generated automatically
  • No manual uploads (screenshots, confirmations, etc.) are required

This applies only to online campaigns.


What is still required

Even though proof is automated:

  • the reimbursement flow still follows its normal statuses
  • invoices and payments are handled through the system logic
  • you can monitor the reimbursement status as usual

You do not need to upload additional proof unless explicitly requested.


Important to know

  • Automatic proof applies only to online campaigns
  • Offline campaigns (print, OOH, radio, events) do require manual proof
  • If something is missing or unclear, the reviewer may still request information
