# Can I submit proof more than once?

Yes — **but only if additional information is requested**.

### How this works
* When you submit proof, it is reviewed by the operations team
* If the status changes to **Info requested**:
    * you can upload **additional proof or documents**
    * you can respond to the reviewer’s request
You cannot submit proof again unless additional information is requested.

### Important to know
* Proof resubmission is allowed **only** in response to an information request
* Rejected reimbursements **cannot** be resubmitted
* All additional files are added to the same reimbursement request
* Each submission is recorded in the request history
