# Can I share my campaign to my publisher?

Publishers receive campaign content **automatically** during the booking process.
This works whether the publisher already exists in the system or is newly invited.

### If the publisher already exists in the system
When booking a campaign:
* Select the **publisher** from the list
* Once selected, the system **automatically shares the campaign materials** with them
No additional action is required.

### If the publisher does not exist in the system
During the **last step of campaign booking**:
1. Choose the option to **invite a publisher**
2. Enter the publisher’s details (e.g. name, contact information)
3. Complete the booking
The system will:
* create the publisher in the platform
* automatically share the campaign details and materials with them

### Important to know
* Publishers receive only the content related to the selected campaign
* Channel Partners do not need to send files manually
* Publisher access is limited to the campaigns they are assigned to
* This process applies only during campaign booking
