Can I run a joint campaign with another dealer?

Yes — you can run a joint campaign by starting a Multi-Partner Campaign and inviting the other dealers to participate.

How joint (multi-partner) campaigns work

There are two supported ways to run a joint campaign:

1) Template-based (Lead Dealer / Channel Partner)

  • The lead dealer selects a Multi-Partner template
  • Invites participating dealers before campaign setup begins
  • After all dealers accept, the lead completes setup and books the campaign
  • Each dealer submits their own reimbursement request with their own invoice and proof of action

2) Initiative-based (Sales Rep / District Manager)

  • A sales rep initiates the campaign and creative is prepared on request
  • The advertising material is checked for compliance (e.g., Emil Frey review)
  • The initiator sends the material to the print provider
  • Each participating dealer submits their own reimbursement request with advertising material + invoices

How to start a Multi-Partner Campaign (template-based)

  1. Go to Explore
  2. Select a Multi-Partner template
  3. Select participating dealers and set:
    • Total campaign amount
    • Per-dealer allocation (fixed or %)
  1. Click Send Invitations
  2. Wait for all invited dealers to Accept
  3. Complete the campaign setup and confirm booking

Important to know

  • Invitations are sent at the very start to avoid setup work if a dealer declines.
  • If any dealer declines before setup starts:
    • The setup flow is terminated
    • The lead dealer must restart the campaign from the beginning
    • Redistribution / proceeding with fewer dealers is not supported
  • Non-lead participants have read-only access during setup.
  • Reimbursements are always individual per dealer (even though the campaign is joint).

What happens next

After the campaign is booked:

  • The platform auto-activates separate reimbursement flows for each participating dealer
  • Each dealer uploads:
    • Their own invoice
    • Their own proof of action
