Can I reuse an old template?

Yes.

You can reuse an old template if it is still available in Explore.


How template reuse works

  • All available templates are shown in Explore
  • If a template appears there, it can be selected and reused
  • Reusing a template creates a new campaign
  • Previous campaign data is not copied automatically


When you cannot reuse a template

You cannot reuse a template if:

  • it has been removed or deactivated
  • it is no longer allowed for the selected brand
  • it is not available for the selected campaign type or channel

Unavailable templates will not appear in Explore.


Important to know

  • Templates are managed by the brand or platform administrators
  • Channel Partners cannot reactivate old templates
  • Reused templates may contain updated layouts or rules


What to do if a template is missing

If you expect a template to be available but cannot find it:

  • Check that you selected the correct brand
  • Contact your brand or distributor representative
  • Or contact platform support
