Can I pause an online campaign?

Yes.

You can pause an online campaign from the campaign report on the campaign inner page.

How to pause an online campaign

1. Go to My Workspace → Campaigns
2. Open the online campaign
3. On the campaign inner page, open the online campaign report
4. Use the Pause action

The campaign will be paused at the platform level.

What happens when you pause a campaign

• The online campaign is paused
• The end date is set to today
• The Channel Partner is billed for spend up to that point
• The campaign can be continued later if needed

Important to know

• Pause is available only for online campaigns
• Offline or print campaigns cannot be paused
• Pausing does not delete the campaign
• Reporting remains available after pausing
