Can I invite my colleagues to the platform?

No.

You cannot invite colleagues yourself at the moment.


How access works

  • Users are added manually by the platform team
  • Channel Partners cannot send invitations directly
  • Each user must be explicitly added to the Channel Partner account


What to do if you need to add a colleague

To add someone:

  • Contact platform support
  • Provide the colleague’s details (name, email, role)
  • Request access to your Channel Partner account

Support will handle the setup for you.


Important to know

  • Access is account-based
  • Permissions are assigned during user creation
  • There is no self-service user invitation yet
