Can I create campaigns myself or only use templates?
You can do both.
You can:
- use brand-approved templates, or
- create special campaigns using materials prepared outside the platform.
All campaigns must follow brand rules and approval requirements.
Using pre-approved templates
Pre-approved templates are the standard and recommended option.
When you use templates:
- The layout and structure are predefined
- Editing is limited to approved fields
- Brand compliance is enforced automatically
- Approval is often faster
Templates are best for standard, recurring campaigns.
Creating special campaigns
Special campaigns are intended for cases where templates are not sufficient.
With special campaigns:
- Campaign materials are created externally (e.g. by your agency or internal team)
- The platform is used to define the campaign, budget, and approvals
- Materials are reviewed during the approval process
- These campaigns usually require manual approval
The platform manages the process — not the creative production.

The platform:
