Can I invite my colleagues to the platform?
No.
You cannot invite colleagues yourself at the moment.
How access works
- Users are added manually by the platform team
- Channel Partners cannot send invitations directly
- Each user must be explicitly added to the Channel Partner account
What to do if you need to add a colleague
To add someone:
- Contact platform support
- Provide the colleague’s details (name, email, role)
- Request access to your Channel Partner account
Support will handle the setup for you.
Important to know
- Access is account-based
- Permissions are assigned during user creation
- There is no self-service user invitation yet
