Where can I track payment status?
You can track reimbursement/payment status in My Budget and inside the campaign’s reimbursement area (status shows whether it’s pending, awaiting reimbursement, or completed).
Where to check
Option 1: My Budget
- Go to My budget
- Filter by Brand, Fund Type, or Budget Status
- Use:
- Pending Requests and Total Requested (submitted/in-review/approved-but-not-paid)
- Total Reimbursed (completed payouts)
- Click View under Spend Breakdown to see:
- Campaign Name
- Amount Requested
- Amount Reimbursed
- Reimbursement Status
- Link to View Campaign
Option 2: My Workspace / Campaign
- Go to My Workspace → Campaign View
- Open the campaign
- Open the channel distribution’s Reimbursements section
- Check the current Status (e.g., Review Pending, Awaiting Reimbursement, Completed – Reimbursed)
What “payment status” looks like in the system
- Awaiting Reimbursement = approved and queued for payment
- Completed – Reimbursed = paid and confirmed (final state)
