What are the possible campaign statuses?
Campaigns move through several statuses based on asset review, proof submission, and reimbursement progress.
Each status shows what is happening and whether any action is required from you.
Campaign & reimbursement statuses explained
Assets review pending
Your campaign assets have been submitted and are waiting for review.
👉 No action required.
Assets review rejected
The submitted assets were not approved.
👉 Important:
- Rejected assets cannot be resubmitted
- The campaign cannot continue in its current form
- Refer to the rejection reason for context
Needs proof of action
The campaign has been executed and now requires proof (e.g. publication evidence, invoice, screenshots).
👉 Action required:
- Open the reimbursement
- Submit the required proof
Info requested
The operations team needs additional information related to the reimbursement.
👉 Action required:
- Open the reimbursement
- Read the comment
- Provide the requested information
Reimbursement review pending
Your proof has been submitted and the reimbursement is under review.
👉 No action required.
Awaiting reimbursement
The reimbursement has been approved and is waiting to be processed for payment.
👉 No action required.
Completed – Reimbursed
The reimbursement has been successfully paid.
✅ Campaign and reimbursement are fully completed.
Reimbursement rejected
The reimbursement request was rejected after review.
👉 Important:
- Rejected reimbursements cannot be resubmitted
- Refer to the rejection reason for details

- Some statuses require action, others are informational

- All comments and rejection reasons are visible in the campaign or reimbursement view
