What marketing channels are supported on the platform?

Supported marketing channels depend on what is configured by the brand.

This applies to both online and offline channels.


Commonly supported channels

Depending on the brand, the platform may support channels such as:

  • Online / Digital
  • Print
  • Out-of-home (OOH)
  • Radio
  • Social media (sponsored campaigns or social posting)

This list is not fixed — availability varies per brand.


How channel support works

  • Each brand configures which channels are available
  • Only configured channels appear in the platform
  • Channels can be online or offline
  • If a channel is visible and selectable, it is supported

There is no global channel list shared across all brands.


Where to see supported channels

You can see supported channels:

  • when browsing campaign templates in Explore
  • during campaign creation, when selecting channels

Channels that are not supported will not be shown.


Important to know

  • Channel availability is brand-specific
  • Different brands may support different channels
  • Channel Partners cannot enable additional channels
  • Supported channels may change over time
