Where do I see approval status?
You can see approval status directly on the campaign list and inside the campaign’s detail view.
Where to check
Option 1: Campaign list status
- Go to My workspace → My campaigns
- Each campaign shows a Status badge (e.g., Assets review pending, Needs proof of action, Info requested)
Option 2: Campaign details
- Open a campaign from My workspace
- Check the campaign’s status and workflow progress in Campaign Details
- If needed, open the channel’s Reimbursements area to see reimbursement statuses (e.g., Reimbursement review pending, Awaiting reimbursement, Completed – Reimbursed)
Important to know
- Assets review pending typically means a custom template is still being reviewed.
- After booking/approval, campaigns often move to Needs proof of action until documentation is uploaded.
- If a reviewer needs more documentation, status becomes Info requested.
