Chat Support: Chatbot by Default, Human Support When You Need It
Our in-app chat is designed to help you get answers quickly while you manage coop funds, reimbursements, local advertising, and social media.
How our chat works
- By default, you’re chatting with our chatbot.
- The chatbot uses our extensive knowledge base to answer common questions and guide you to the right steps.
- Our support team monitors chat conversations and can step in at any time if needed.
Why we use a chatbot (benefits)
A chatbot helps you get help faster for everyday questions, such as:
- Where to find your coop budget and available funds
- How to submit a reimbursement request
- What’s required for proof of performance (receipts, screenshots, invoices)
- How to set up or troubleshoot local ads and social posts
Key advantages:
- Faster responses for common “how do I…?” questions
- Consistent answers based on the latest knowledge base content
- 24.7 availability for self-serve guidance (even outside office hours)
How to request a human support person
If you want to talk to a human, simply type the following message in the chat:
- “i would like to talk to a support person”
What happens next
- The chat will notify our team that you’re requesting a human.
- A support person will join the conversation during office hours.
- If you message outside office hours, we’ll respond as soon as we’re back online.
Human support is always available during office hours
While the chatbot can handle many questions instantly, you’re never “stuck” with automation.
- A human support person is always available during office hours.
- Our team can also intervene proactively if we see you need extra help.
Example messages you can send
- “i would like to talk to a support person”
- “I’m stuck on my reimbursement submission—can someone help?”
- “Can a support person review my coop claim documentation?”
Tips for faster help (chatbot or human)
To speed things up, include:
- The program name (if applicable)
- The claim or request ID (if you have one)
- A quick description of what you’re trying to do (for example, “submit reimbursement for Facebook ads”)
- Any relevant files (invoice, receipt, ad screenshot)
