What does “Completed” mean?
Completed means the campaign’s reimbursement process is finished and the campaign is marked as reimbursed.
What happens in Completed status
When a campaign is marked as Completed:
- reimbursement has been approved
- payment has been processed
- the campaign is considered fully closed
No further action is required from you.
What you can and cannot do
In Completed status:
- ✅ you can view campaign and reimbursement details
- ❌ you cannot submit new proof
- ❌ you cannot modify the campaign
- ❌ no further reimbursement actions are possible
Important to know
- Completed status applies after successful reimbursement
- This is the final status for the campaign
- If reimbursement was rejected, the campaign will not reach Completed
