Why can’t I upload my own design?

You can’t upload your own design in a template-based campaign.

If you want to use your own materials or templates, you must create a special campaign.

How this works

• Template-based campaigns

  • Do not allow uploading external designs
  • Are meant for fast, standard campaigns
• Special campaigns
• • Are used when you want to work with your own templates or materials
  • Do not rely on platform templates
  • Usually require manual approval

The option you choose determines what is allowed.

Important to know

• Uploading designs is not available in template-based campaigns
• This is intentional and not a system error
• Not all brands or budgets allow special campaigns
