Why do I see “No data” in campaign reports?

Because there is no performance data available yet.


Why this happens

You may see “No data” if:

  • the campaign has not started yet
  • the campaign was just launched
  • data has not been received from the platform yet
  • the campaign had no activity

In these cases, there is simply nothing to display at the moment.


What to do

  • Wait and check again later
  • Make sure the campaign is active
  • Confirm the campaign has had time to generate results

Once data becomes available, it will appear automatically.


Important to know

  • Reports update automatically
  • There is no manual refresh or action required
  • Offline campaigns do not show performance data
  • “No data” does not mean an error
