Who is approving my campaign?

Your campaign is approved by the assigned reviewers in your brand’s approval workflow — typically brand and tenant-side roles such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Brand Admin, or Tenant Admin.

Who can be involved in approvals

Depending on the workflow setup, approvals may be handled by:

• Brand Admin
• Finance
• Marketing
• Legal
• Tenant Admin

Some campaigns may also require review from specific approvers if a custom template or additional compliance checks are involved.

How to see who is currently reviewing

1. Open the campaign from My workspace → My campaigns
2. Go to Campaign Details
3. Check the Approval Flow / Status section to see:

• • Current step in the workflow
  • Current Approver
  • Whether anything is waiting on you (e.g., Info requested)
