Does rejected reimbursement release budget?
Yes.
If a reimbursement is rejected, the reserved budget is released and becomes available again.
How this works
- When a campaign is booked, its amount is reserved
- If the reimbursement request is rejected:
- the reserved budget is freed
- the amount returns to your available balance
You can then use this budget for other campaigns.
Important to know
- Budget release happens automatically
- No manual action is required
- Released budget can be reused immediately
- Rejected reimbursements are final and cannot be resubmitted
